Note the various band members handing her violin bows near the
end of this clip. Each bow is strung with a piece of magnetic
tape that has an analog audio sample on it, and she plays it
by drawing it across a read head mounted on the violin body.
She switches samples by throwing each bow and getting a new one
handed off.
