At the very beginning of Tetsuo, right after the car accident and the title sequence, when the salaryman is shaving, there is a TV playing in the background in his apartment. If you look closely, you can see that the TV is showing Tsukamoto's previous film, The Great Analog World AKA Adventures of Electric Rod Boy.
