Another Little Prince

The 1966 Lithuanian film adaptation of The Little Prince, Malenkiy Prints is very nice. The extremely minimalist, theatre-ish sets for the outer space scenes are surprisingly effective, and I think the desert scenery is better than the version from 1974. It also features Donatas Banionis (of Solaris fame) as the adult that the Little Prince encounters on other small planets.
