Ara Peterson

Ara Peterson makes beautiful laser-cut hand-painted op-art wood sculptures. I do custom programming for him to get the patterns of waves he wants into a format that the system at the laser-cutting shop can take, laid out to use the sheets of wood efficiently, etc.

I took this series of photos as he was finishing up and getting ready to send stuff out to the NADA and Loyal Gallery shows, so there are some little details that were touched up later.
